Initially, the soap had an INTENSE rose scent (which is fitting due to the shop name) and it gave me a headache. I thought about throwing it away but I put off doing so. Several hours later, I picked up the soap and noticed the scent had faded quite a bit. I left it in a cool, dry place for a bit and when I went to check on it again, the intense rose scent was so much more pleasant and tolerable. I decided to use it in the shower and I'm VERY glad I did. It thoroughly cleans so well, leaves the skin feeling soft, moisturized and not stripped of natural oils at all. I have very oily skin that leans a bit sensitive. This is a big deal to me. I am a huge fan and I intend to repurchase when I run out.
