My lead time is up to 10 business days for signs. I work in date order for fairness. If you need an item quickly, please select the “Rush My Order” listing which reduces the usual lead time to 1-5 working days.

Notes left on orders aren’t seen until the sign is being made so leaving dates you need by this way will not be taken into account. If you need before the estimated ship/ delivery date provided, please add the Rush listing to be safe.

We are not currently producing completely custom signs - we can customise our advertised signs in terms of colours, fonts and minor changes but due to order volume, we are not currently accepting orders that are different to as advertised.

The Mail Systems worldwide have seen unprecedented demand over the last 18 months, on top of the usual seasonal delays. Whilst the vast majority of orders are delivered in the expected time window, delays may occur and this is out of our control. We have no way to speed up delivery once handed over to a mail courier. Please notes that refunds or replacements will not be sent until the item is considered “lost” by the mail system. For UK, this is 10 working days from the latest estimated delivery date, for Europe, this is 20 working days from the latest estimated delivery date and for the Rest of the World, this is 25 working days from the latest estimated delivery date.

I take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition including several layers of bubble wrap, and protective packaging. However, I appreciate the fragile nature of the items mean occasionally, beyond my control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that this damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - after this time I cannot hold the courier responsible and could be deemed as damaged in possession. Please do make contact within this time period so I can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible. Our policy is part refund or replacement only.

If you need an item by a specific date which is closer than either 4 weeks (UK) or 6 weeks (International) please consider adding the “Rush my Order” listing to speed up lead times and delivery. Please don’t leave a date required by in the comment box as these aren’t seen until production and the normal production and shipping times would stand.

ABSOLUTELY! All text can be customised and so can the icons - the signs show the amount of icons that can be used but these can be personalised to suit you so can have Instagram and Tik Tok for example or 2 QR codes (as long as it’s a double icon listing) and the same for the 3 and 4 icon listings - they can be any icons you wish.

Text can be changed to suit as long it’s similar in character lengths to what’s shown (for example if the example sign has 2 lines of text, we can change to your own 2 lines of text but probably couldn’t add a whole paragraph) in keeping with the design. If you have any further questions - do reach out!

If you wish to see a preview of how your sign will appear, we offer a digital proof at a cost of £2.50 (this is available in a separate listing in our store called ‘Proof Request’). We have had to make a small charge for this service as sadly we were finding only around 50% of drafts requested were being confirmed and this was leading to a lot of time being spent on producing proofs only for us to have to cancel the sale. Please regularly check your inbox if you request this as drafts that aren’t confirmed in time will be cancelled.

Firstly, check if I have dispatched the item (baring in mind my lead times). If it has been dispatched, I always upload tracking at the time. You should be able to check this directly from your order. If not, you can copy and paste the tracking number in the Royal Mail Track and Trace website (or USPS if in the US). I can’t access any different information to what the tracking shows but if an item is over 6 weeks in transit, I can escalate to an International Mail Team. (Any time before then they do not consider late).

If I haven’t yet made the order, you can cancel at any point for any reason. Once the item has been made (it will be dispatched same or next day) it can no longer be cancelled. Returns/ refunds are not permitted on customised items.

We take all details from the notes left on the order including spellings and capitalisations. If you realise you have made a mistake on the notes, please contact us as soon as possible so this can be changed before print. If you only notice after the sign has been made/ received, please note this does not qualify for a refund but a discount on a new sign will be offered at our discretion. If the mistake was made in production, we will offer a complimentary replacement sign if the details do not match those provided on the order.
