Any Questions & When will my order ship?

Feel free to send an Etsy message if you would like to ask a question about a listing. We recommend reading the entire listing description beforehand as we may have already addressed your concern. If you are wondering when your order will ship or where you can find the tracking, refer to your past orders section, the order confirmation email, or the tracking email if it has shipped. Please note that we absolutely do not ship orders late. If your order has not shipped, this means we are still using the posted production time agreed upon at checkout to create your handmade product.

Sales, Coupon Codes, & Ready To Ship

Sales are subject to end early or be extended longer than the posted date. Coupon codes given to a customer though messages/email are for one time use only if stated. We reserve the right to decline a sale if a coupon code was found and used without our consent. Coupon codes are not valid on orders already placed. Shipping & Guarantees

Damron Decor only guarantees when your item will ship from our shop in Newton Falls, OH. We do not offer delivery dates as your package is no longer within our control. Although Etsy offers estimated delivery dates shown to you at checkout, please note that these are not 100% accurate nor do they reflect any unforeseen circumstances with the shipping carrier. Check the production time prior to ordering if you are looking to receive an item by a certain date. We absolutely do not recommend ordering if you need anything in 1 week or less. Our shop is full of handmade products and we appreciate your patience and respect of our time. Again, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund/partially refund any order that does not have enough information provided during checkout. If your order cannot be completed, we may first attempt contact through Etsy, the email address on file, and even extend the shipping date. Please be sure to leave all the information needed at the time of purchase to avoid any delays. If we are threatened or feel completing an order is not in the best interest of our business, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Our production time is based on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends, holidays, or any day USPS is closed. Refer to your order confirmation email for your estimated ship by date. That timeframe reflects the days we need to carefully create your handmade order before it ships. We ask that customers plan around the estimated production time provided at checkout, or to message and purchase our rush my order listing. We take this very seriously and have never shipped an order past its estimated ship by date.

Custom Orders & Wholesale

If you have a question regarding a custom change to our products, please send a message before ordering to see if we can accommodate your request. Do not place an order with a custom request in the note section since we do charge for our time and alterations. We may message and/or cancel the order. We offer wholesale on select handmade products at this time. Send us a message with your quantity and any other details to get started!

Reach out and let us know if your package has not moved in several days. We will file all necessary forms with the shipping carrier and try our hardest to get it moving again. If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, please wait 1 more business day to see if it will be delivered then. Ask all family members and neighbors if they grabbed it my mistake. Once your order is marked as delivered, we cannot intervene if you believe it has been stolen. Please call your local post office for the exact GPS drop off and proceed to file a police report if needed.

A tracking number will be provided with every order. We recommend checking tracking through Etsy for the most up to date scans. If you have any shipping/delivery issues, please contact us. We would appreciate the opportunity to help and guide you in the right direction. If a package is returned to Damron Decor due to an incorrect shipping address provided or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to redeliver. If the item ordered has free shipping, we can only offer this deal one time per order. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost.

Although we take extra care when packing every order, there have been unfortunate instances when they arrive damaged by the shipping carrier. Please send a message with detailed photos of the items(s) and shipping box as soon as possible. If your product requires assembly, do not attempt to put together as we need to see exactly how it arrived. Most shipping methods include insurance, so we will file a claim in order to send out a replacement. This may result in the customer taking the item and packaging in to USPS for proof of damage. We are ready to offer our help and any information possible. We would appreciate the opportunity to message back with a solution before receiving feedback on something out of our control.

Approximate dimensions: 11" long x 5.5" wide x 3" tall

Every Damron Decor item is 100% handcrafted in our workshop. There will be some wood grain, and other common characteristics. This timeless piece is designed to have a farmhouse and rustic look. The top and feet are stained aged brown. The top is then painted with coats of a white chalk paint and distressed to show the wood grain and brown stain underneath. The bottom will have our logo stamped in the middle. For indoor use only.

Oddly enough I bought this riser to be a step for my cats to easily pass through their cat door. It isn’t working well for that purpose but I do love the riser and intend to use it in a decorative arrangement once I get something to take its place for the cats. I’m very pleased with this choice, it’s well made and very attractive. Thank you!
