Q: Do you send out a proof?

A: We don’t provide a proof as standard, but if you’d like one, please let us know when placing your order. Please note that the proofing process may extend the dispatch time.

Q: Can I alter the layout of the design?

A: Yes, since we create all our designs in-house, we can make small alterations at no extra cost. For larger changes, we’re happy to accommodate, but additional charges may apply. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Q: I am looking to order a print and mount. What size frame will I need?

A: Mounts are designed to sit within the overall design and do not increase the size of the print. For example, if you order an A4 print with a mount, you will still need an A4 frame.

Q: I need my order in a hurry. Can you deliver it by a certain date?

A: Yes, we offer express production and delivery options, which you can select at the end of checkout. If you choose standard shipping, we’ll do our best to dispatch your order quickly, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Q: What happens if I make a mistake when entering personalisation details?

A: Please double-check all details before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to make the correction if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, however due to the changes to imports we have suspended all shipping to the US. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. All customs charges, brokerage fees, import taxes, local takes, handling fees, tarifs which may apply, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with the order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us, and we’ll make it right.

The wrapping paper design was created by hand in our studio and features highland cows and is part of our Scottish Highlands range.

We offer this wrapping paper in five different sizes;
- One sheet of 70x50cm wrapping paper and one matching gift tag
