For returned orders a RESTOCKING FEE of 15% will be applied. Refunds will be given once returned product has arrived and is in perfect conditions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For silver and gold plated items, refrain from showering, swimming or using hairspray or perfume on the item as it can cause discoloration and tarnish. To clean, simply use a soft polishing cloth. Crystals are very delicate so please be sure to treat with care.
