Size 7 is 54.4mm in circumference.
Size 8 is 57mm in circumference.

Place a measuring tape around your finger and pull it into a circle around the base of your chosen finger or take a string or strip of paper and wrap it around the base of the chosen finger. Mark the point where the end meets the string or paper. Measure the string or paper on a ruler in cm to the point where you marked it.
