Can I order multiple keys with different name?

Yes you can, add each key to your shopping cart individually. Every item in my shop purchased under one order will be shipped together under one shipping cost.

Are the trading card statistics up to date?

Yes, all returning players cards are replaced AFTER their returning season airs with the new correct statistics. The only thing different is the design.

Can I have a custom engraving on both the front and back of an item?

Unfortunately I do not provide two sided engraving for my current listings, but if you message the shop we can work together on creating a new custom listing with an adjusted price for the new design.

Can I request a custom design and/or product to be made?

Yes. Many customer requested items have become best sellers so I am always open to new ideas. Send a message to the shop and we can collaborate!

How long will my item take to ship?

My processing time is 4 to 8 business days depending on when you place your order vs when I am in my studio. Because of this items placed on the weekend are more likely to be processed sooner. You will then select your shipping method at checkout to determine the full time it will take to receive your item.

My items says it has been delivered, but I do not have it.

Often times the USPS tracking system can be unreliable, I suggest waiting 2 to 3 more days before reporting it missing. If you are able to get confirmation from USPS that your item has been lost in transit please contact Etsy Support.

Can I Have The Key Design Customized?

All of my keys have already been created and once an order is placed I add the personalization. I am able to create custom key designs, but because I will need to order new material to create them there needs to be a 10 key minimum purchase per color for the large keys and 20 key minimum purchase per color for the smaller keys. I also charge $20 with edits for creating the new design. Message me if interested!
