After you pay, you will be able to immediately print my PDF with 30 flash cards with simple anxiety coping skills. You can print in color or black and white. You can cut out the questions or use as sheet. You can laminate your cards only if you want to. You can print on thicker card stock.

Ways to use the flash cards: You can print the cards and make a set for your clients to take home as reminders between sessions. As a counselor, you can use the cards to design your sessions and choose which anxiety coping skills on the cards that you will focus on in that day's session. Or make a game out of it and let your client choose a card and you can educate them on that particular skill. And More..... there are so many ways you can use this tool for your particular setting.
