I have to say that Karina was on top of her game! From the very first hour after purchasing my mirror, Karina made me feel ensured, that I’m actually dealing with a truthful professional!! She contacted me on the spot . Sent me tons of videos and pics throughout the whole process. She was answering all my questions whenever I had any. She wrapped the mirror with like 100,000 layers of different materials foam plastic cardboard , you name it, to ensure that it gets to me in one piece and nothing broken. She shipped it fast and I got it a week before the estimated date of delivery! Her work is a masterpiece! It’s not too heavy, the materials used to make the gold frame feel light, yet sturdy. it was a pleasure working with Karina. She did an amazing job!
