Custom and personalized orders

Personal engraving is possible for some of the items. Please contact me if the item you are interested in doesn't specify it. If you are in need of personal modifications to items I've designed, you are welcome to write me and would be happy to help.

The description of each item includes the exact size of the piece, for further inquiries feel free to contact me via message. Special custom-sized jewelry is available depending on the technical feasibility and model. How to measure your arm size- You can take a measuring tape or a strip of paper to circle the area of your arm where you want to wear the bracelet. That will be the circumference you can choose from the drop-down menu in the order. Take note it is adjustable, so you can expand or tighten it to a perfect fit

Store the items in a dry place. Jewelry with gold or silver plating- the piece is coated in 24k high-quality gold. In order to prolong the initial look of the piece, it is recommended not to shower with it, not to wear it on while at the beach or pool and to prevent any direct contact of the piece with perfumes or creams. You have a one-year warranty for the plating. In order to exercise the warranty you need to send me the piece (at your expense) and I'll replate and send it back free of charge. After the one-year warranty is over, in case you want to have the piece replated, you can send it to me, and in addition to the delivery cost, you will be charged a symbolic fee.

Gold-filled jewelry- Gold-filled is a quality substance and with the right care may preserve its look for a long while. It is recommended not to shower with it, not to wear it on while at the beach or pool and to prevent any direct contact of the piece with perfumes or creams. Silver jewelry- all sterling silver piece may be oxygenated when in contact with skin. To renew the piece you can use a silver shining cloth or silver shining solution. Please note that if the piece includes gems or any other material besides silver, these should not come in contact with the solution.

Leather Care instructions

Leather combined jewelry- Please keep the leather from any contact with water- don't shower with it or get it wet. A few drops won’t do any harm, so there shouldn't be a problem washing your hands while wearing the piece, as long as you keep the leather from soaking in water.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every jewelry piece is sent in a gift package, including a box containing the jewelry, keeping it wrapped and safe. The box is wrapped with paper wrapping and a unique ribbon and will always include a card with my personal signature. At times, when several items are ordered I may send two items per box to save room in the delivery envelope. When it is important for you that each item be separately packed, please note this specifically in the order. I would be happy to include a greeting card in cases in which the order is for a gift- just write your gift message in the comments of the order or send it via message.

I work with wholesale orders as well. I would be happy to receive applications and wholesale orders via email at zehavit7@gmail.com or via message.

Recycle packages info.

I encourage you to store jewelry in their box. If not reused, recycle my packages and shipping materials as you usually would, separating paper for plastics. Alternatively, you can ship packages back to me and I will recycle them for you, please contact me for the address. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and customs fees.
