IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FROM OUTSIDE THE US, some countries charge an import tax for some international purchases (this tax may be collected by the shipping company prior to delivery). Returns & Exchanges (US and most countries)

The US and most countries can return for exchange or store credit. Contact us within 3 days of delivery, send back airmail within 7 days of original delivery, email us for return address. If we allow a return after 7 days, a 3%/day rental fee is deducted from credit until item reaches us. Original & return shipping is paid by buyer, shipping we cover will be deducted from exchange credit, Free Shipping doesn't apply to exchanges. Returns must be labeled as such as any customs or shipping fee incurred by us will be deducted from exchange credit. Exchange credits not applicable to existing layaway and can not be used on discounted or Sale items. Layaway returns or repeat returns incur a 20% fee. No purchase is eligible for cash refund.

Returns & Exchanges (EU)

TheFrockDotCom is governed by US law. Should Etsy require US sellers to abide by EU regulations, our standard window for notification of intent to return will extend to 14 days, all other EU requirements will apply. Buyer pays return airmail shipping within 14 days of notice to return, and will receive a refund for any item returned in original condition; deductions made for items showing use or damage. If we must refund original shipping, we would of course no longer be able to accept future orders from that buyer at any of our shops. Alternatively, any buyer who pays their own shipping costs and opts to return for an exchange, as allowed by our standard return policy, is welcome to continue to shop with us.

UPDATE 3/21/2025: Layaway is available with a 20% deposit, and 20% monthly unless other arrangements have been made; please contact us to arrange. Late payments may be charged 5% of purchase price monthly, though we will send you a payment reminder beforehand. Any payment more than 2 weeks past due may be cancelled and monies paid forfeited, though we will send a payment reminder beforehand. Item purchased with layaway can be exchanged, though a 20% (of original order) exchange fee will apply to layaway exchanges only.

Vintage from before 2007

Vintage and rare JAMES GALANOS mink coat that's pieced in an infinite diamond stripe pattern. Outer princess seam pockets. Black leather buttons. Condition is excellent with only minor wear to button leather. Measures chest 40”, waist 40”, hem circumference 68", length 43”, and sleeve 24”. A very similar Galanos is seen in the designers print ad c. 1986 (see last photo.)
