Can I return my item?

Earrings will be sent sealed. For earrings which the base cannot be replaced once you open the package you cannot return the earrings because of hygiene reasons. Earrings with a replaceable base can only be returned against a fee once you open the package because I will need to replace the base earring. Price fee: 925 sterling silver base: 3 euros Stainless steel base: 2 euros Other material: 1 euro Items on sale cannot be returned. This excludes items bought with a discount coupon. For other items, contact me within 14 days of delivery and send your order back within 14 days. Your item must be returned in an unworn state. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After I have received the item back, I will issue a refund.

I have not received my order

All items are sent with track and trace. Please check the track and trace information. Delays at postal services are out of my control. If you are worried about your package feel free to send me a message.

My order arrived broken

I am so sorry this has happened. I carefully pack my orders to make sure this doesn't happen. Please send me a message with pictures as a proof immediately after you have received your order.

My address is wrong on the order

Buyer is always responsible for providing the correct address, please double check this. I need to ship your order to the address you provide with your order. But mistakes can happen. Sent me a message as soon as possible. If I did not shipped your order yet, I can cancel your order and you can order again with the correct address. With tracking there are no guarantees, but hopefully I can still get your items to the correct address. I do not refund unless it is returned to me at which point I refund item price only.

I like one of your designs but would like it a bit different

How do I take care of my items?

Take them off when you take a shower or go swimming. Never leave them laying around in the sun. Some items could melt like worbla based items in extreme heat.

Dutch shoppers: paying with IDEAL on Etsy

If you want to pay your order with IDEAL it is best to place the order on a desktop and not on your mobile. How will my item be packed?

For jewelry: your order will be packed in bubble wrap and in a organza bag, or a carton/ plastic gift box with bubble wrap depending on the item. It will be send in an envelope or mailbox sized carton box. For bigger items: order will be packed in bubble wrap in a carton box.
