I received my item 5 weeks after first placing my order - the first finished product did not adhere to the agreed render, so Norm re-did it for me. The 2nd time was fine but it just took a lot of wait and reminder messages on my part, which was kind of tiring. Norm had always replied politely and obligingly which made it better. Product is alright, thinner and smaller than I had expected but it does look good on.

It’s really pretty but it came scratched and nicked on the face plate which is really disappointing. Shipping took longer than expected but I wasn’t in a rush to receive.
