Our current processing time is 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), but may vary by item, season, and high demand.

United States: 1-5 business days
Canada: 2-10 business days.

However, the system informs you of the approximate delivery date.

Please make sure to correctly choose the color you want for your order. Note the different options shown in the color chart. These color changes can only be made within 1 hour after placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, we won't be able to do anything about it.
PLEASE check carefully before placing your order.

From the drop-down menu you can choose the size you want for your cake topper. We advise you to measure your cake so you can know which size best suits your cake. However, if you want a specific size you can communicate with us, and we will surely create the perfect size to make your cake look spectacular.

If the item(s) are damaged you must:

* Contact the Post Office immediately, save all the packaging the Post Office might ask for this.

* If you claim that the item is damaged but the package is fine, the Postal Service will not accept a claim and therefore it is clear that there was no good care and handling of the goods by the customer, which cancels the possibility of a refund or return.
Your item will be shipped in a stay flat and carefully packed; making sure it is well protected and can reach your destination in perfect condition. (We secure the item with cardstock and put in a bag and then adhesive tape inside a package. This prevents it from being damaged)

We always recommend handling your product with care.

If you receive a damaged product, please send a photo and message to us within three days of receiving your product.

We only accept cancellations within the (1 hour) first hour of purchase. Our goal is to place our orders in the shortest possible time, so at the end of this period of time (1hour) your order has already been placed, and therefore cancellations will not be accepted after this period of time.

During "processing time" we place your order BEFORE it is shipped. This includes: design, assembly and packaging of each of the orders placed.

If when tracking your package it seems lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they will help you with your lost package.

If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number . If the item can not be located, please file a Mail Not Received Complaint Form.

Once the orders have been placed and completed we take them to the post office every day (except weekends and holidays) and they scan and process them while I'm there.

Once this process is complete, your package is now in the custody of the Postal Service. This means that we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages made by the Post Office.

You can use your order tracking number to track your package. If any of the above occurs, you should resolve it with your Post Office.
