We will reach out to you on all customized orders through your provided email. Each customized order will have a turn around time of 3-5 days for us to produce a proof. The proof must be approved before we can start the work on the product. There is a grace period of 24 hours after approval of the proof for changes to be made for an additional fee of $15. There are no refunds on customized items with no exceptions.

Due to the nature of natural wood and the process of milling natural wood, please be aware that your product dimensions can vary between 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch from the product description and grain pattern will vary. To ensure that there is a minimal amount of waste on these natural wood products, natural deformations inside these wood such as crack, checks, and knots will be filled with black or white resin. This is due to the making process of using natural materials.

All of our products are sealed with oil and wax. A simple wipe down with a wet cloth is all that’s needed for most of our home decor products. For kitchen products, clean with soap and water. DO NOT put our kitchen products such as coasters, cutting boards, etc. in the dishwasher.

Specifically for cutting boards, we do hope that you make good use of our cutting boards. Occasionally, it will need to be maintained by additions additional butcher block oil on the cutting surface. You can use any food safe butcher block oil. Please follow the manufacturer recommended application methods.

Items shipped from our shop are packaged carefully, but on occasion, damages can happen. If you receive a damaged item the following must be done to process an exchange.
1. Take a picture of the box
2. Take a picture of the box with the item side as originally packaged.
3. Take a full photo of the item.

We will be unable to process an exchange for damaged items without proper documentation given to us by you, so please be sure that you reach out if you have any questions. Damaged items are not available for return.

Lovely quality of item.wood is very attractive. I ordered the largest size. The producer did a fine job of packing and shipping but UPS tracking was not accurate.

Thank you, Lornaa! Sorry for the UPS issue. Once we drop off the packages, it's hard to determine when they decide to scan and send them. Usually, November and December will be the busiest for the courier. Thank you for your understanding!
