All small items are shipped with careful in an air bubble padded bag. If you need a gift box you can buy it with your order at the time of payment.

Why don't I receive my order yet?

In the past I ordered two collars, sadly they broke and my cat lost them outside. But it is a pretty collar. Maybe it can make from real saddle leather? That will not break through.
