Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

all returns, exchanges, and refunds are at the seller's discretion. return/exchange shipping will be paid by the buyer unless otherwise stated by the seller. the default policy is that all returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be accepted. this due to the low prices of most items listed in the shop and the large amount of personalized orders.

For pre-made items, cancellations must be requested before at least one of the following two conditions have been met: 1. Sale was made 24 hours ago 2. pre-made items are usually sent out within 3-5 business days of purchase, but the only day i regularly go to the post office is thursday. personalized and made-to-order items are usually sent out within 5 days of purchase, but may take longer if i am unable to recieve the details i need to complete the order within that time frame.

- the resolution of almost all if not all digital photos is much better than the resolution of polaroids. keep this is mind when selecting photos that include a lot of detail.
- polaroid film tends to increase the contrast of a photo. keep this is mind when selecting photos that already have a strong contrast.
