I've made a mistake on the personalisation, what do I do?

If you feel you have made a spelling mistake or error please contact us immediately. If we have not already made your product we will amend. It is important to always double check your personalisation as once in manufacture we cannot refund or change.

Cancelling personalised products

Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, you have no right to cancel and we cannot accept returns on items. All items are made to order.

You need to make sure that the email address, contact number and other contact information is correct encase we do need to contact you for any reason regarding a product. If we can not contact you when needed regarding a product you have ordered we have the right to not manufacture and give you a full refund. We will not be responsible if you don't receive your item due to your delivery address error or we are unable to contact you.

We aim to provide you with a high-quality service. It is up to you to ensure that content you have provided including spelling and image quality is correct. For best results, we advise that you make the image dimensions approximately 1,000 pixels .If you try to upload a photo that has a lower resolution or image size, we may still accept it, However, generally the image may not appear very well on the selected personalised product. Please note that we may modify content or material in order to fit it to requirements of the product you have ordered (such as by cropping images, enlarging to scale etc). We may ask for another image should the image be unacceptable to use.

We do not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style. Due to different computer monitors/calibration colours may vary slightly. When purchasing a wooden product there will be natural imperfections within the product and we have no control over. We simply cant exchange or refund any wooden product that you might feel the wood grain/colour differs as this is out of our control. Any product image on our site does represent a actual product but the wood grain/colour within the product does vary and will of course be different. As with all natural wooden products we cant be held liable for any splinters or any form of cracking or splitting of wood. All wood will age over time and splitting, bending and cracking can occur.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because every item is handmade to order. If for some reason, there is an error/mistake on your design or damaged during shipping please notify us immediately so we can resolve. Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
