A link from Corjl.com to access and edit your design will be sent directly to the email address associated with your Etsy account within minutes OR you can also go to Corjl.com and enter the email address associated with your Etsy account. Customize, save and download unlimited times for 90 days. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need help editing the template * *If you paid with Apple pay and you chose the "hide my email" function, Corjl will not be able to send you the link to edit the template. Please send me a message with your email address so I can forward you the link.*

Why do I need to register for Corjl?

To access and save the design on the online editing tool, you must create a Corjl account. Only your email address is needed to register.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your Instant download files (Not Corjl editable templates) from your account 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account or click https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases 2. Go to Purchases and Reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. There are generally no limits on when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
