Ready to ship items will be sent 3-5 days after receiving payment. Custom items processing time is variable depending on season - please contact me for current information.

Within the UK I ship by 1st class Royal Mail. Invitations, place cards, cake toppers and original artwork will be sent Tracked and Signed for. Other items will be sent by standard untracked post. Delivery upgrades are available upon request.

Overseas I use standard delivery by Royal Mail, unless a tracked service is selected when ordering, or I am shipping invitations, place cards or original artwork. Royal Mail estimates 7-10 working days for items to arrive in the destination country, however after that delivery times are influenced by Customs processing of packages and local delivery services. For orders to the US, please expect approximately 4 weeks for arrival.

A delivery express service is available - this is using the courier FedEx and takes approximately 2-4 days. For this service, the courier requires a contact number for the recipient incase of any problems at Customs.

Please note: since the UK left the EU there may be extra charges upon delivery of items to EU countries - please check the guidelines as any charges will need to be paid by the customer. If in doubt, digital version of most wedding stationery are available.

Items can be shipped as gifts and can include a note from you upon request.

I regularly post photos of my work on social media channels (e.g. Instagram) or use previous examples as photos on product listings - please let me know if you do not want your design to be featured in this way.
