With our perfectly fitting curtain rods, you can easily attach any curtain to the Kura bed from Ikea and create a cozy sleeping space. The natural beech wood of the rod blends perfectly with the look of the Kura bed, but can also be painted white or in a variety of colors.

The curtain rods are available in 3 different sets – so, depending on your choice, if the Kura bed is used on both sides, you can decorate the open front, the ladder side, and the headboard with curtains. The rods have a diameter of 18 mm.

Although the thicker parts of the Kura bed are made of pine, we use beech wood for the thinner curtain rods. Since beech wood is considerably more stable than pine, it is better suited for curtain rods.

To create a unique look, you can let your creativity run wild when choosing the fabric and color of the curtains – standard curtains or drapery panels in your desired color and pattern can easily be shortened to the desired length using a sewing machine or iron-on hemming tape.
