What kind of material do you use for your skin decals?

Our skin decals are made with premium 3M vinyl, the best quality available. You can choose from gloss or matte finishes, and we also offer glitter for a small extra cost.

Can i cancel or make change to my order?

Sorry, I can’t cancel or change the order at this stage. If you have any concerns, please contact the seller directly.

Can I track my order?

All regional customers within USA can track package , international has to upgrade shipping to be able to track it if not standard shipping service will be take.

What if my package was lost in the mail or shows "delivered" on the tracking but I didn't receive it?

Please call Carrier with your tracking number has we will not be responsible and will not shipped another one for free. If a package never shows delivered, after 30 days, please contact us so we can work with you on a replacement order. We will not offer replacement shipments for orders shipped to an old address because the shipping address wasn't updated/verified by the customer prior to checkout.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders?

Because each custom order is made especially for you, I’m not able to accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once production has started. Custom orders are final sale. I always make sure the details are correct (device model you are responsible to send good quality picture)
