RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Scrunchies Haven is very flexible when it comes to returns/exchanges. If you are not satisfied with any of our items or our bands do not fit you, please send us a message. Please do not feel like you have to “deal” with a product you are not 100% happy with!
- For returns: Buyers are responsible to pay for the shipping to return the product(s) to us, and a refund will be processed. The total amount that will be refunded is the total costs paid less original shipping charges.
- For exchanges: Buyer must be responsible for paying shipping to get the product (s) back to us :) We will also send products you wanted to exchange with no additional shipping costs to you.

I started this business in the corner of my room, and now I am taking up multiple rooms in my household (oopsies!) Scrunchies were also starting to return from the 90s and it was the perfect time.
