After your payment has been processed by Etsy (very quick!) your downloadable files will be automatically delivered to you by email, available for download at http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases, or you can find your art files by visiting your “You >> Purchases and Reviews.”

If you do not have, or have not created, an Etsy account and checked out as a guest, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing your download links. If you have any problems finding the email please check your spam/junk folder, and send us a convo if you are unable to find it.

How to print: There are many ways you can easily print the art files you purchase from the Nevele Society! Your home printer is a quick and easy option, a locally owned print shop, or a professional printing company such as Staples, FedExKinko’s, etc.

Paper recommendation: Heavyweight, matte photo paper or smooth card stock works great for all of our downloadable art files. You can find quality paper at office supply stores and retail stores like Walmart or Target. If you prefer a different look or texture, many of our downloadable prints look beautiful on heavyweight, matte linen paper (especially our original, hand painted watercolor art).

We would be excited to help you send a beautiful and unique gift to someone you love! All of our shipments include a personal thank you note from us to express our gratitude for your support of the Nevele Society shop. If you would like us to include a personalized note to the person you are sending the gift to, please just let us know and include your message in the “note to seller” during your purchase.

We will also beautifully wrap your gift in brown paper at no charge!

Items that are customized, downloadable, or printed and shipped to you are final sale. Listings like vintage goods, rocks or crystals, or ceramic pieces and mugs are returnable, provided they are still in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for safely packaging and paying for return shipping, including the shipping costs of the original purchase ($5 cost if shipped free). Please convo us within 7 days of getting your order about a return, and note that we will charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns. We do not accept any exchanges or cancelations.

We are passionate about what we do! Every piece of artwork featured in the Nevele Society shop is all original, and hand painted or hand illustrated by Dylan and Kate Yarter. If you are not able to find something in the shop, or want to have an idea of your owned created in our style, we are always open to custom and commissioned art requests for one-of-a-kind art pieces! • Flat Fee and Free Shipping: Not only do we want you to love your purchase from the Nevele Society, but we want to get it to you with low shipping costs. For this reason, we always offer flat fee shipping of $5 on all domestic orders, and FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $33!

• Packaging and Shipping Materials: We take great care in ensuring safety during shipping. All art prints in stay flat or padded envelopes, with the print itself also wrapped in plastic with a board backing for support. All other items are shipped in boxes or padded shipping materials, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc. to ensure nothing will get broken during transit.

• Shipping Insurance: We ship every package with insurance to protect your purchase!
