This editable template is just what you need if you are offering spray tanning services. With the template, you are able to edit 100% everything on the form. Add a logo, change the colors, alter the text, move objects and text anywhere on the forms, etc. When you make a copy of the template in the free canva account that is required to edit the form, you will have editing capabilities as long as you keep your free canva account. There are no limitations on how many times you can edit or print this form for your clients. This package includes instructions with a direct link to the Spray Tan Consent Form Template in Canva. This is a DIY editable template. If you do not want to have editing capabilities, please contact me regarding a custom order quote or refer back to the makeup/spray tanning folder where you can find ready to print pdfs.
Downloading Instructions
Depending on various factors, your downloading instructions will differ (see below).
If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
You can get to your file using the directions below.
To access your digital file(s), go to Your account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
Due to the nature of my products (digital templates/forms) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The links can’t be returned or revoked once downloaded from Etsy. If you are having a problem with your order, please contact me.
