What is your return/exchange policy?

All of our items are final sales. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all descriptions, pictures, and details carefully. IF an RTS is approved after looking at an individual case for rare circumstances, shipping fees are NOT included in the refund. Items must be sent back with tracking in its original condition for refund to be awarded.
