How does the design process work for wedding stationery?

After you've made your order, I'll schedule your custom design and craft an initial draft after receiving your details. You'll receive a digital artwork proof, and from there, we'll work on the design together until perfect for your special day. I am more than happy to make changes you would like to see to the design, and they will only be sent to print with your full approval.

How long does printing take for Wedding Stationery?

After we've settled on your design and you've provided your confirmation, we'll proceed with print production. Printing typically takes between 1-2 weeks, followed by a quality check and the addition of any final touches of your stationery suite. Please note that during busy times and peak wedding season, I often have a waiting list to work through, so production times can take a little longer.

How long does delivery take for Wedding Stationery?

Once your wedding order has been printed and quality checked, everything is carefully packaged and dispatched to your doorstep via special or courier postal services, ensuring swift, secure and trackable delivery. UK wedding orders are sent with Royal Mail special delivery which usually takes 1 working day, and international orders are sent via express courier delivery, usually taking between 1-3 days.

Can I see a sample before placing a full wedding order?

Yes, we offer lots of samples in our store which are available for purchasing. Although we can't offer custom printed samples, the pre-printed samples we do offer are perfect for seeing the quality of the materials and printing before placing a full custom order with us.

Since the announcement of changes to U.S. trade policies, we are still able to ship to the USA safely with DDP (delivery duties paid) shipping options.

PLEASE NOTE: I may need to change the order of titles from how they are submitted to best fit the space of the template.

Please be sure to double check your personalisation as your details will be inserted directly into the design. We can't be held responsible for any typos or mistakes once your order has been printed.

If a typo is picked up on our end, we will make every effort to correct this for you. However due to the volume of orders at this time of year, this can't be guaranteed.

Your A4 personalised poster will be secured in a hardback (please do not bend) envelope.

If you are purchasing an A3 print, your poster will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper, and rolled in a sturdy, sealed cardboard poster tube.

Please be aware that colours may differ slightly from screen monitor to final print.
