Well, hoping to get a jump on the postal holiday of July 5th, I packaged and mailed the item to the customer on July 3 (same day as the order). After I got home, the customer messaged that he wanted to cancel the order. I replied that if he sent it back, I would refund, no problem. So, 13 days later, no communication from the customer, just a 3 star review. Tried to help out, but sometimes it's to no avail, no matter what you do.
