The design of this Boutonniere was inspired by one of Agatha Christie's most famous characters: Hercule Poirot. It has been painted by hand and has a crystal fitted at its base.
Our unique design incorporates a beautifully hand crafted rose motif, finished in an elegant shade of purple. The Purple Rose is widely regarded as a symbol of romance and love at first sight, as well as being a representation of true love.
The Boutonniere - including the floral motif - has been sculpted, hand-cast in pewter, before being antiqued and then hand-polished. The floral motif is then painted by hand, and this takes place here in Worcestershire, England.
The Boutonniere has a secure and easy-to-use pin on the reverse, enabling the Boutonniere to be attached to a lapel, coat, or dress.
This item would make a great gift for a friend or loved one, and for any Hercule Poirot enthusiast!
