Once we send the item with a tracking number, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for misplaced, lost, delayed, or damaged packages due to post office negligence. You must check with your local post office for delivery failure.

Our responsibility is to send the ordered items within 1~2 business days with a tracking number. Anything beyond, we can't be responsible.

We can guarantee our production time that is within 1~3 business days, usually sooner, but we can NOT guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date. Therefore we will not offer a refund if your package does not arrive on time due to a shipping delay.

Although USPS guarantees the delivery most of the time, always keep in mind that there is a chance of delivery getting delayed due to various reasons ( holiday seasons, system issues, etc)

All orders are shipped on the method you select. Please note that only Express Mail is guaranteed within 1-2 days of shipment. All other methods are not guaranteed.

USPS is extremely busy during the holiday season, so there is a very high chance that your order won't be delivered on time. Please order at least 2~3 weeks ahead to prevent late delivery as shipping time is not guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for the address entered when placing an order and therefore I will not issue a refund for this mistake.
