This is a skirt from about the 1970s
It is a Chester Weinberg for Samuel Robert skirt and this was a high end label at the time .
Garments were designed for the likes of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis t Joan Crawfish.
This skirt has the odd scuff and would benefit from hanging in a steam room for the creases to drop although I find that body heat works well too .
This is I would say a medium to large and the measurements are:
Waist 30 inch
Hips 36 inches
Length 20 inch
Two large pockets make a nice feat and it is fastened with poppers.
