Where can I find my files?

To access your digital files from your account: 1. From a WEB BROWSER, sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. ⚠️ You must open through a web browser. The Etsy app cannot access downloads. If you checked out as a "guest", you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your email. ⚠️ If using a mobile device, clicking this link might open through the Etsy app. You cannot access downloads through the Etsy app. You must open through a web browser.

How & where do I print my art files? What kind of paper do you recommend?

Heavy weight, matte photo paper is recommended for normal, high quality printing. To get the most authentic, art quality print, I recommend acid-free archival paper or giclee paper.
