Damaged/Incorrect Items

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery and attach pictures of the damaged/incorrect items. Will come out with a solution :)

Delays and Lost Deliveries

Delivery dates are estimated but are not guaranteed. The majority arrives on time but occasionally orders will arrive outside of their estimated delivery window. If your order got lost will resend you a new one or will issue a full refund.

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted. Please notify me that you intend to return the item through the Etsy chat service. You have 14 days from the date the item was delivered to dispatch the item back to me. Once it's sent back you will get a full refund (minus the delivery fee). Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
