How long does it take for my files to be ready?

Digital files/instant downloads that don't need customization are ready within seconds and can be downloaded right away. Files that need customization will be ready within 1-2 business days if not announced different, after receiving your needed pictures to make your custom item.

Can I resell, copy or pass on any of the files?

No, the files are for personal use. You can print it as many times as you want for personal purposes. They cannot be used to make profit, resell them, copy or been passed on. The copyright of all files stays with me.

Where can I get the files printed?

For printing I would recommend using https://printsoflove.com/ref/printed-by-yourself/ This is a great printing company I partner with. They offer free 2-3 business day shipping throughout the USA. And for every order placed a tree is planted! How awesome! Some files can be printed at home and some files look best when they're printed professionally (for example wall art and photo collages).

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

Since I offer digital printable files it is impossible to tell if they have been printed or not, no refunds will be given. Custom digital files can get a refund or be canceled as long as I did not already start working on the document and the refund window didn't close (this is 180 days after purchase). Please carefully review the print before ordering. If you have any questions at all, please contact me.

How do I open or view my files?

All my digital items are PDF files. They can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a free program you can download from https://get.adobe.com/nl/reader/ if it's not already pre-installed on your computer.

Where can I find my finished custom files?

After your files are made I will upload them on Etsy. You will receive an automated message your files are ready for download. Please use this Etsy article to find your files https://www.etsy.com/nl/help/article/3949 Sometimes your digital files need some alterations after it is finished. I can't reupload them the way I did before and will send them in Etsy conversations. I will provide you with a link to download your files. Please make sure to save your files somewhere (on a USB-stick or in your email) as the link to download your files will only work a limited time. I will always hang on to your files for 6 months, but after that I delete your files for privacy and space.

What color profile will be used for digital files?

Ale files are saved in CMYK colors, because I find this is most used by my customers. But some printshops use an RGB color profile. If this is your case, just let me know and I will save your files in RGB colors at no extra cost.
