What shipping service do you use for international orders?

For orders outside of the UK we use Royal Mail's International Tracked service, this provides full tracking and online delivery confirmation. Please note that when you order with us the shipping option will say "Royal Mail International Tracked and signed", however we use a tracked only service. Etsy does not give a choice of specific names to choose from for sellers when they are creating there shipping prices for customers. We have chosen a tracked only service because it much cheaper for customers and still provides full tracking and delivery confirmation

How much do you charge for UK shipping and what postage service do you use?

UK delivery prices cover UK Mainland Delivery Inc Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) All our UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 service. This service provides full end-to-end tracking. We have a 2-3 working day time frame for processing and sending orders. Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service (2 working day delivery aim) = £2.47/£3.14 depending on parcel weight. Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service (Next working day delivery aim) = £3.01/£3.78 depending on parcel weight. Please note if you have made a large order we may send your order in two separate packages, you will receive tracking information for both of these parcels.

What shipping service do you use for EU orders and how many days will it take for my order to arrive?

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. This service provides full end-to-end tracking with online delivery confirmation. Europe Delivery Aim - 3-5 working days* *Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days

EU orders customs duties and taxes for orders under 150 euros

All international orders are subject to customs duties and import tax in the receiving country. All EU orders under 150 euros (including shipping) are sent with an IOSS service which means that the customer pays for the customs duties and taxes on the Etsy checkout. This means that they do not have to pay customs duties and taxes once the item arrives in their country. If you would like to place a large order with us, we strongly recommend placing two separate orders under 150 euros so you can pre pay the customs duties and taxes.

EU orders customs duties and taxes for orders over 150 euros

All EU orders over the value of 150 euros (including shipping) unfortunately cannot be sent with the customs duties and import tax pre paid. This means that customs duties and taxes will need to be paid in the customers receiving country. As mentioned above, we strongly recommend placing two separate orders under 150 euros so you can pre pay the import taxes and duties on the Etsy checkout. This will mean that your parcel will get delivered straight to you with the customs duties and taxes pre paid.

Rest of world (excluding EU) delivery shipping service and delivery aim

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail’s International Tracked service. This service provides full end-to-end tracking with online delivery confirmation. Rest of World Delivery Aim (All countries excluding EU) - 5-7 working days

Rest of World (excluding EU) customs duties and import taxes

All customs duties and import taxes for countries outside of the EU will need to be paid once the parcel arrives in the customers country, once these are paid the parcel will then be released from customs and sent to the customers shipping address. Black Pearl Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs before ordering. Unfortunately our courier Royal Mail does not currently offer a service for customers to pre pay these customs duties and taxes outside of the EU.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from Esty which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 1 week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. To track the progress of your item please enter your tracking number on this website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

How long will it take for my order to be processed and sent?

All UK and international orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders made on a Mon-Fri by 12pm midday on the same day, if we cannot dispatch on the same day we will dispatch the next working day. PLEASE NOTE* UK orders made with our "express" or "1 day" delivery option before 12pm midday will be sent on the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be dispatched by the following Tuesday at the latest (excluding orders made with "1 day" or "express" delivery option which will be dispatched on the Monday).

We gladly returns on all orders, however we only accept exchanges for UK orders. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will let you know how to return your item to us. Customers will then have 30 days to send back the item to us for exchange (UK only) /return (all customers). Please contact us for more information!

Super cargo shorts!! They are perfect in every way, the only negative is they are heavy. Loads of pockets (9), good quality material and stitching, zips seem ok too- yet to test them out. Fitting is perfect. I got a small which fits a 27”-31” waist. I’m 31 and they fit great, note they have a inside waist loop to tie together for those with smaller waists. Delivery was incredibly quick. I spent days if not weeks to find shorts that sat just below my knees (im 6ft 2”), that were baggy, and had good pockets, AND catered for a 31” waist! Simply brilliant! These are exactly what i was searching for!
