THE PRINT AT HOME PATTERN (prints on A4 or US letter paper) IS COMBINED WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS. You will find a list of page numbers in the instructions so you can just print the pages you choose to save ink and paper. We include a separate A0 COPYSHOP file. if you are only seeing 2 pages to print at home, you may have opened the A0 file by mistake. You will need Adobe Reader to open the files: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ Please note: Etsy app currently does not allow buyers to download files, and files must be downloaded via a browser. We ship from UK and aim to process orders in 2-3 business days. UK - Royal Mail 48. Expected delivery in 2-3 working days but not a guaranteed time frame. Tracking will only show when a delivery has been attempted, not en route. EUROPE - Royal Mail International Tracked. Expected delivery in 5-12 business days. REST OF THE WORLD - Royal Mail International Tracked. Expected delivery 9-15 business days. TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES - Customers outside of the UK are responsible for payment of local customs fees, taxes, tariffs, quotas, import duties or handling fees applicable in the receiving country. Please contact your local Customs Office for further information before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

DIGITAL PATTERNS: refunds will not be given for digital products PRINTED PATTERNS: We hope you are delighted with your pattern. *Should you wish to return a physical product please contact us within 7 days before doing so. *Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned goods. *Goods must be in their original condition – undamaged, unopened and unused. Cut patterns cannot be returned for any reason. *We DO NOT refund the original postage costs for returned goods. Postal charges will only be reimbursed to you by us in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. *You are responsible for Postage & other return costs, the goods are also your responsibility until they have been received by us.

REFUNDS - posting back to us:

*We recommend using a recorded delivery/tracked postal service and packing well to avoid damage to the pattern in the post. *Postal charges will only be reimbursed to you by us in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. *Should a refund be agreed for any reason, the item must be returned to seller within 14 days of receiving the item. *You are also fully responsible for the payment of any international taxes levied for a return package, e.g customs duty and/or VAT. To avoid this charge, please clearly mark your parcel RETURNED MERCHANDISE.

MY COPY SHOP CAN’T PRINT MY PATTERN / PASSWORD PROTECTED

All of our patterns are password protected for copyright reasons to prevent editing, but you don’t need the password to open or print the files. Some print shops do not accept password-protected files, so please check in advance that your print shop accepts password-protected files. It may be possible to email the pattern directly to your copy shop, but please let your printer know that the files must be printed from a PDF program like Adobe reader or Acrobat. Our recommended UK printer is Orbit Imaging We do not disclose passwords or provide unprotected files to third parties under any circumstance.
