MATERIAL: Wood (pine and birch), paint, stain

Solid wood frame.

DIMENSIONS - (sizes may vary within 1/4 in to 1/2 in): These house shaped signs are approximately 10in wide and 11 inches tall. House shaped signs only come in one size. Custom sizes not available.

COLORS - Available in colors shown in drop down menu. EVERYTHING IS PAINTED.

Painted with durable premium plus paint that lasts.

These signs may be displayed outdoors. Even though they are painted with exterior grade paint, it is recommended to protect them from the elements, preferably under a covered porch.

FRAME - Four stain color options available (as shown in pictures) - Natural (no stain), Brown stain, Gray stain, and Black Stain. *Every piece of wood takes stain color differently*

PLEASE NOTE Your order is for ONE house shaped wood sign. Any props or decorations shown in the listing photos are NOT included with your purchase.

PLEASE NOTE Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect the color.

Hanging hardware is NOT included on theses house shaped signs.

Each piece of wood is hand selected, therefore slight imperfections like knots, cracks, and small nicks can happen and make each sign unique. All items are hand painted and stained, so no two signs will be alike.

All products are packaged to prevent damage during shipping. But, if it does get damaged please let me know within 2 days and send pictures.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hrs. Anything after 24 hrs unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

Shipping: Orders ship via USPS (Priority Mail or Ground Advantage) or UPS (Ground or Ground Saver).

Shipping to ALASKA/HAWAII: If your order is shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please message me first for a shipping rate. Orders to these 2 states are not included in the free shipping.
