Did not have occasion to engage with customer service. The headbands (1.5 inch and 2 inch tortoise bands in dark and blonde colours) are beautiful and comfortable. They can be shaped to your head by warming up in hot tap water and then shaping, which is good to know. They were expensive, but the quality really seems there and I expect will justify the price. They arrived quickly in a cardboard box.
