Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging.

Jewelry items that are returned with signs of wear, such as scratches, scuffs, dirt, creams, or lotions, may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange We encourage you to initiate a return or exchange by contacting us via Etsy Messenger, our preferred method. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
4. Return Shipping
For domestic (US) and international returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
5. International Exchanges For international exchanges, please note that a new order will need to be placed for the desired item, and the original item should be returned to us as described above. Shipping costs for international exchanges will not be refunded.
