Is commercial licensing included?

Yes! Personal Use: Unlimited projects for yourself, family members and friends. This license is for one person only. No sharing files with others. Commercial License: You cannot resell my graphics in any digital form. Files can be sold in a finished, physical product only (shirts, signs, mugs, pillows ect). You may not use my files for any print on demand sites. Check trademark data base before using for commercial. License for small businesses you must by a commercial license through my shop. You may not Share any files purchased from me in any manner; selling, giving away for free, or as a part of a package of product is not allowed.

Do you do Custom and personalized orders?

Absolutely! I can do custom color changes on any listing. Custom new orders, logos and merchandice designs vary in price, contact me to discuss your vision. If there is something you would like but don't see let me know! I am creating designs daily, just message me on etsy or send and email to stitchedwithinkco@gmail.com

My product is not working in my program

Please make sure you are using the correct format for your machine or program: SVG: Cricut Design Space, Brother Scan N Cut, Silhouette Designer Edition DXF: Silhouette Studio (free version) EPS: Make The Cut, also for vector use in several design programs PNG: for printing and web use. (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Preview) you may need to resize image It works best to open the correct format from within the program you are wanting to use. If you are still experiencing problems please send me a message on Etsy, I will do everything I can to help.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. Due to the digital nature of the file I do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges. I test my designs in multiple programs and know they are working properly before listing them. If you are experiencing problems contact me and I will try to help the best I can to resolve them.

I cannot find my download

You should have received the download link in the order confirmation email from Etsy. Check your junk mail under the email that is on file with Etsy. This is under the control of Etsy not my shop. You can also find you download by logging into your Etsy account, then click on "You" then "Purchases and Reviews". Then download will appear under past purchases.

My payment isn't processing

I do not have any control over payment processing. The best solution is to contact Etsy, especially when the order reflects "Processing". I will only be able to see if it has gone through or not and cannot change it when it is processing. Check in you Etsy account under "You" then "Purchases and Reviews".

Can I download my Instant Download Files from the mobile app?

You can not download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file you must sign in on a mobile browser or non-mobile computer.

My file won't open or download?

Some of my files come in a zipped folder due to the size of the files and restrictions Etsy has. If there are any zipped files I include instructions with your purchase on how to unzip them on a PC and MAC computer. You will not be able to download or open any files through Etsy app and must do it through their website on a computer.

Do you make business logos?

Yes! I would love to work with you to create a custom logo to represent your business. Prices start at $100 up to $500.
