Custom and personalised orders

Custom orders cannot be returned as they are fitted exactly to the buyer’s ideas and likings. However, if a custom order arrives damaged or something on it OR in it is not according to what the buyer and I discussed (wrong colored wax, wrong sigil, wrong jar, wrong crystals, something is missing, etc.), the buyer will get a refund or I can redo the order again with the made corrections and ship it for free✨

My spell jar isn’t working, what do I do?

First reflect on this: have I activated it as instructed? Am I blocking the spell jar’s energy with my own energy or negative thoughts? In general, if you have any questions or even struggles about the spell jar after receiving it, please message me privately so we may discuss it :)

For earrings: put them somewhere safe like a jewelry box or the sachet it comes in. Do not twist them or put a heavy weight on them, as the stainless steel wire can become fragile and even break under constant heat and pressure. For necklaces: put them in a jewelry box or keep them on the display carton they come in so the chain doesn’t tangle. Don’t pull the chain too hard or it might break. For spell jars: do not put them under direct sunlight or a heat emitting object, as it might melt the sealing wax. Also, constant friction with cloth (like when you put the spell jar bare in a bag, pocket, or under a pillow) will make some of the wax fall/rub off.

Gift wrapping and packaging

My packaging is as simple and small as possible to avoid paper and carton waste, while fulfilling all safety precautions so that the products arrive in good condition. The filling material to keep the products secure in the box are flips made out of corn, which can be dissolved in water or thrown in the compost bin. They are edible since they are made out of corn, but I wouldn’t recommend eating it as it tastes bland. All orders marked as a gift can be customized to the buyer’s wishes regarding decorations, wrapping paper or little extras (like a free crystal or charm).

Wholesale availability

All my products are made by hand by me, the shop owner. I can fulfill a large order of many different listings combined, but I cannot sell in bulk of an individual listing as every product demands differents materials that are limited, specially custom spell jars and singular spell jars.

Why does my crystal have spots?

Crystals come from nature and can have some oxidation spots, that are orange or light brown most of the times. These spots don’t diminish the power and/or capabilities of a crystal, as they occur naturally and don’t have any influence. All crystals I offer are double-checked by me to avoid selling crystals with a lot of spots or lacking quality, but having some minor spots is normal, specially in raw crystals.

Wicca/Wiccan isn't my Personal Beliefs. But I feel like in the current point in my life I need some Luck. Fortune/more Money is a bonus. And having a bit of hope feels necessary right about now. Even if it's just the Sugar Pill kinda effect. Also I love the Wicca/Wiccan Beliefs. Along with the Art your People create. So why not invest into it.
