Does the package have tracking? (US orders) Scroll down further for Canada order question

U.S. orders: - Orders less than US$15 will get a Pitney Bowes batch tracking number (USPS as the carrier). To check your shipping status, go to https://tracking.pb.com/. Keep in mind that Pitney Bowes batch tracking is not as reliable as individual package tracking. - All orders US$15 or less will be shipped in a 5x7 Kraft envelope. If you would like to add tracking to your order, please choose “USPS with Tracking for orders under $15 or less” at checkout. - Orders over $15 will be shipped in a rigid mailer with regular USPS tracking. You can track your envelope via the USPS website. This is the most reliable package tracking method.

Why does it take so long for my order to arrive?

Please expect your order to arrive a lot later than usual. Once the orders are in USPS, we have no control over how fast they can get delivered.

My package has still not arrived... what do I do?

Due to USPS delays, please expect at least 20 business days from the ship date for shipping (the majority of our orders do get delivered within 10 days). If after 20 business days and your untracked order has not arrived, we consider this as lost mail and we will issue you a full refund if you let us know. We do not offer a replacement as the replacement can take just as long to get to you. When the order does finally show up, you should leave them sealed, write "RETURN to SENDER" on both sides and leave it in the outgoing mailslot. The USPS will send it back to our shop at no additional charge from your end, as long as the envelope has not been opened.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you have ordered from us before, you might have noticed that there are no plastic wraps or bags in our packaging. Orders are sent in recyclable Kraft envelopes or rigid mailers. We use glassine paper to wrap sticker sheets. Glassine paper is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. It helps reduce water damage during transit, but not prevent it completely. However, this is okay as the water damage rate for first-class mails is incredibly low. Therefore, we found that it is worth the very small risk to avoid plastic packaging of our products. Our shop is not yet 100% eco-friendly, as our stickers are not recyclable. However, it is our goal to be sustainable as much as we can in the future as we grow our shop.
