Invisible Zippers are also referred to as concealed zippers. These Invisible Zippers are closed-end coil zippers, the nylon coil teeth are hidden on the reverse side of the tape, when stitched into a garment, it becomes hidden in the seam and only the pull tab is visible, which gives your project a professional finished look. These zippers are strong, yet lightweight, perfect zippers for apparel, fashion items, formal wear, slacks, skirts, dresses, pillows, upholstery, and more.

To measure the zipper length: measure the zipper track and include top and bottom stops in the zipper length.

***Products Availability***
We keep our store stocked up, all items for sale are 99% of the time in stock and ready for quick shipping. We will update the ship-by date if your item is out of stock or any other shipping issues.
***Shipping Cost ***
Shipping charges are combined automatically for all orders of multiple items, there is a base shipping fee for the first item, and for every additional item, there will be another small fee.

we process and ship out orders the same/next day, in some cases even within minutes of receiving the orders.
***Processing issues ***
How can we reach you in the instance of issues such as item availability, order errors, address issues, etc? Your email and phone number are not available to us and sending messages through Etsy is not the best way. 90% of the time we do not get responses from customers because they don’t see our message. To avoid delays or cancelation, please provide phone/email with your order by “Message Seller”. Just in case.
***We are not responsible***
1. Your package is delivered to the wrong address because your shipping address is different from the shipping address you provided on your Etsy order.
2. Lost package due to theft or delivered to the wrong address by a carrier, please contact Etsy customer service for help.
3. Delays caused by the carrier or the weather, if your package is delayed please reach out to the carrier for the whereabouts of your package and estimate the delivery date/time.
***Returns***
Returns are accepted however, the returning item(s) are only accepted in their original conditions and within 14 days from the delivery date. If the return is not a result of our error, the shipping fees will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage. No returns are accepted on the followings;
1-Custom cut zippers.
2-Items that are used, cut, washed, pressed, or dyed.
3-After 14 days from the item delivery date.
***Cancellations***
Cancellations are accepted however please request a cancellation before your order is shipped. If you have more than one order and want us to cancel one, please provide the order number and order details so we can cancel the correct order.
***Exchanges***
Sorry, we don’t do exchanges, if you accidentally buy the wrong item(s) you are welcome to return the wrong item(s) for a refund and re-purchase the correct item(s) and we promise quick shipping.
