*Multi Item Discount* Additional items ALWAYS ship FREE. Applies to items purchased same day and shipped to same address. You MUST use your cart and pay for items together to receive this discount. *Individual Item Discounts* My goal is to ensure fair, consistent pricing for all buyers. It would not be fair to another buyer who is watching or has it in their cart, perhaps saving up for a purchase, and then sell it for less to a different buyer. So, no, I do not accept offers or negotiate prices. There are no discount coupons for favorites or abandoned cart or big orders. Favoriting everything in the store will not generate a coupon. Everyone pays the same price-always. You never have to wonder if someone else got a better deal.

Why Was My Order Canceled?

Sellers have the right to cancel any order. Reasons here: *We only sell direct from our Etsy shop VivianJoel. We do not sell from Google, 3rd party affiliates, Esty app that add a backside commission or scam sites. *Requesting different ship address after payment is a Fraud Flag. *Too many low reviews left for other sellers. Definitely you have the right to speak your mind. However, a history of low reviews is another thing entirely. Yes, I can see the reviews you leave for other sellers. *Minimum Order not met $10 and Under Policy *Warehouse shipping for International buyers. *USPS Postal Increase exceeds my Flat Rate posted. Rural address $3 surcharge. HI, AK, PR, APO now $4 surcharge. Contact me prior to purchase.

What is your return policy?

I don't take returns! Most returns are size related or buyers who miss reading description. Sizes are clearly posted, as well as a ruler measure is included in all listings. I'm also very particular about any defect, and those are mentioned, even so much so you may not even notice any flaw in person. Always click +more at bottom of listing! Take a little time in your own jewelry box, measure chains that look best on you for length, measure earrings that are you favorites for size and drop. Know your bracelet size!

What if I receive an item not as described?

I'm human, I can make mistakes - not often - but once in a while something can sneak by. Buyer who can send pics of issue are helpful. Issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Must contact me within 3 days of tracking delivery. Must return within 7 days of tracking delivery.

What if an item is damaged in shipping?

I take great care in shipping. I have successfully shipped since 2009. I ALWAYS use a box even for tiny items. I no longer use bubble envelopes. Additional items ship FREE and it is easy to fit many pieces in one box, so look around my shop, buy more! In the rare event of damage in shipping, photos of box and interior materials will be required. Must contact me within 3 days of tracking delivery. Must return with 7 days of tracking delivery.

Shipping Update HI, AK, PR, APO, Rural

NEW higher postal rates have made it a challenge to ship low weight items to certain locations. *Rural address, HI, AK, PR, APO * now exceed my posted Flat Rate. Additional Surcharge minimum $3 rural, and $4 HI, AK, PR, APO, or order cancellation. Please check with me PRIOR to purchase. I hate this too! As a very small business I am unable to absorb these costs at my lower prices. Good news is only one surcharge per order, meaning additional items for same order do not have the surcharge. Buy more, make your shipping cost count. I happily ship within 2 business days. Always with tracking number uploaded so you can track your purchase.

Items are wrapped in tissue, and shipped in a box. I can easily add a small note card. Many items / pins are priced low to send a quick ‘Thank You’ ‘Get Well Soon’ ‘Happy Birthday’ ‘Thinking of You’. Just make sure to change online shipping address before payment and then send a convo on desired card message! Easy done! And it gets shipped directly to recipient.

To International Buyers

No International shipping at this time. In addition, I reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to forward shippers. Unfortunately there has been a rise in fraud, theft, and damage. Since I cannot be responsible for what happens with these intermediaries, I will no longer ship to them.

How about holds, layaways or reserves, delayed shipping?

Please understand I cannot honor these requests. To be fair to everyone and to those who like to buy when they see it, it would not be fair to have something on hold/reserved/layaway by someone else. Besides, I can't keep track of what I had for breakfast much less bins of reserve items. Please know I have to ship within 2 business days, my store is not set up for delayed shipping.

The $10 and Under Policy

I love pricing that makes items affordable to everyone. I love offering imperfects to be re-purposed or re-used and small items for a little cheer or pick me ups. Unfortunately, online shop fees and cost of packaging materials is not sustainable for items $10 and under. Not to mention the number of boxes ending up in landfills! Help me continue the fun pricing categories where my time ends up being Free! Help the planet too! Minimum order for items $10 and under is any 2 items in my store. I'm always listing more vintage items.

Highlights

Handpicked by VivianJoel
Vintage from the 1960s
Ships from Michigan! Shorter shipping distances are kinder to the planet

Florenza trinket box.
Antiqued white enamel.
Blue glass cabochon.
Height barely 1.25"
Length almost 2" oval.
NOTE: visible issues of red that does not belong, I'm afraid to clean as I don't want to ruin the white enameled patina.
Also some age staining to interior felt (glued in).
When I open the box there is a strong scent, perhaps previous owner stored or spilled perfume. I will be keeping this open to air out until it sells!
Box does not "snap" shut, I don't think these did.
A little wiggle on hinge but secure. I think this is typical too.
