Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

All products are produced to order, due to their nature we cannot accept returns however we will replace any faulty items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you want a different size or color, so please check the size guide before ordering.

My Order Hasn't Arrived?

If your order has not been delivered in 28 calendar days (for domestic US orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), please contact us asap in order to be eligible for a replacement. Once this timeframe has passed, we can no longer make a lost item claim nor can we issue a replacement. We do not issue refunds if an order goes missing in the post, we only issue replacements. If the goods get returned to us, you will be responsible for any fees or charges. No refunds will be given if your order gets returned - however we will re-ship whenever possible, we may ask for a shipping fee.

My Item Arrived Faulty or Not as Expected

We supply a 30 day warranty on all items in our store. This warranty covers all faults that are not incurred by the customer. Please contact us detailing the issue, along with photographic evidence. (This just speeds up the process and removes the need for you to return anything). Please note, any replacements will be for the same product and same design.
