How long do the temporary tattoos last on skin?

Our tattoos typically last 1-5 days, depending on placement and care. If the tattoo is placed in a high-wash / high-sweat zone, it will likely wash off sooner than an area that isn’t touched often, such as the backside of the arm or ankle. Some people report the tattoos washing off within a few hours, whereas other people report their tattoos lasting 3 weeks. For the best application, be sure your skin is dry and free of oil, lotion and makeup. Choose a smooth, hair-free area that doesn’t crease or stretch when you move. Once applied, our tattoos are waterproof, so they won’t come off in the shower or pool.

Our temporary tattoos last about 1-5 days, depending on the size, placement, and care of the tattoo. Temporary tattoos last much longer when applied in an area that isn’t rubbed often. For the best application of your tattoo, be sure your skin is dry, and free of oil, lotion and makeup, since temporary tattoos apply best to clean, dry skin.
