Copper and its alloys (such as brass, bronze and nickel silver) oxidize over time. To return the item to its original appearance, it is sufficient to wipe the protruding parts with a dry denim cloth with a small amount of toothpaste. Then rinse under running water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. Items should not be boiled in citric acid or subjected to other methods of cleaning other than the recommended. This can damage some natural stones and completely remove the patina. Jewelry with a patina can only be washed with a warm soapy solution with a soft cloth or a soft brush. Do not expose to rough cleaning.

When worn, copper, brass and bronze jewelry can leave marks on the skin (mostly rings and bracelets). The degree of oxidation of products depends on the individual reaction of the metal to your body. After wearing it, the item must be gently wiped and polished with a coarse woolen cloth. Keep items in a dark place and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Custom and personalized orders

I accept requests for individual orders. You can order: - a completely new product; - a new item for the set to an existing one; - repet of an available listing in another variation or more then in one copy. I don't make copies of products of other sellers. If for some reason I cannot satisfy your request, I'll definitely let you know. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I pack all orders in beautiful wooden boxes with my logo, which may be suitable for the gift option.

I create jewelry with copper, brass and nickel silver wire and with natural stones and beads made of natural stone. I don't varnish items after finishing, because under a layer of varnish, they will also slowly oxidize and you will not have the opportunity to clean them and give them shine. Note - in rare cases, copper and its alloys can cause an individual local allergic reaction. Therefore, before placing an order, check whether you can wear products made of these metals.

If your package was damaged

I pack the parcels very reliably. During my work at Etsy in 100% of cases, the packages were delivered to customers and the contents were intact. Nonetheless if your parcel arrived in a damaged form, you need to take a photo upon receipt in the mail post or when unpacking at home. If your order was damaged due to the fault of the mail, I'll offer you several options - 1) depending on the degree of damage - partial or full refound; 2) discount on next order; 3) repair of the product with shipment on both sides at my expense; 4) replacement with another product of equivalent value. To receive compensation you have to contact me within 24 hours after receiving the package. Otherwise, compensation is not provided.

If your package is lost

During my work at Etsy I didn't have a single case of lost parcels. In the pre-holiday season and during quarantine time, longer delivery times than usual are possible. Usual delivery times: - USA - 20-30 business days; - Europe - 10-20 business days; - South America, Canada and Australia - 25-30 business days, - other regions - 20-30 business days. If after the expiration of 30 business days from the day of dispatch you still haven't received the parcel, please contact me and we will come to a solution that suits you.

I don't accept exchanges. I accept return. If for some reason you want to return the product, you can do it within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Please let me know about the reason for the return. The product must be intact, it must not be worn, dirty or broken. Return shipping at buyer's expense. After you give me the package track number, I'll refund your money except the shipping cost.

The color of the product in the photo and in life

In the process of taking photo and subsequent processing of pictures, I strive for the most plausible color rendering. I photograph jewelry in daylight. Despite this, sometimes in live color of the stone in the item or patina on the metal may differ slightly from the photo. In my works I use natural materials - each stone is unique and the color of the patina on the metal is unique each time. Nevertheless, in the conditions of manual work, I try to make copies of the product as similar as possible to a photograph. Also, the shades in the photo may depend on the color settings of your monitor.
