Currently it is taking 1 week to make personalized orders. When my children entertain themselves and I'm especially productive, I may be able to finish your custom items sooner. However, your patience is appreciated! Each hat is cut and sewn by me and the names are embroidered by hand. So much care and time goes into each one!

If you need your hat sooner, I do offer a rush option which bumps your order to the top of my queue to ship the next business day and includes priority (2-3 day) shipping. This is available as a shipping upgrade at checkout.

My newborn hats will fit full term (aprox. 6-10 pound) babies with a 13-14" circumference head size.
I offer a preemie option by request. These hats are made for babies 3.5- 5 pounds.

My hats are handmade from beautiful, highest-quality knit fabrics. These hats are professionally sewn and hemmed to last a lifetime. Absolutely no raw/unfinished edges! :)

I recommend hand-washing your new hat and laying flat to dry. Use an iron only if needed and never iron the felt :)

I ship all orders through the US postal service which operates Monday-Saturday.

Standard shipping is first class and usually arrives in 3-5 business days for domestic orders.

Priority mail is delivered in 2-3 business days.
