If the style, color, and size of your sandals correspond to your order, we will be unable to accept their return. If a mistake has been made on our part (the style, color, or size is different to that ordered) we will replace the item at our expense.
If the size is not the one which was ordered, we will replace the sandals at our expense. If the size corresponds with that ordered, but the sandals are, nevertheless, too big or too small, we will exchange them for a different size. In this case, however, the customer will be responsible for all relative shipping costs.

I am happy with the items.
Super cool looking, great value and the fit is perfect.
Unfortunately the shoes have rather silver ropes, and not the Gold ones as shown on the selling picture. See selling picture on the Right vs actual shoes on the left. Customer Service only offered me to Return the shoes having to Pay international shipping costs myself. Unfortunately no statisfactory Solution. Additionally I Wore the shoes only once and only inside my flat in Order to Test the fit. The shoes Look like they were worn for months already now. So Quality is unfortunately Not what I was hoping for with handmade shoes at 130eur cost. Sadly I am really disappointed in the end :(
