Was so very disappointed. The tray came alone without the hanging hardware shown. The holes for the hardware were drilled but no hanger was in the box. Hope it was a mistake. We will return it for a full refund unless they can ship the missing parts also for free. (Noted... The box received said 1of 1, however the FedEx tracking says 1 of 2. My review may be hasty.. I will change if the second box arrives... Still a bit confusing however... Wish the order was clear.) Ok... The missing parts arrived the next day. Sorry for the hasty review. .. (although better communication would solve the issue. ) Excellent tray. Beautiful design. Nicely made. Thank you!
